- "Shaping the ecological transformation in a socially just way – Securing participation" (10/2022–09/2025), focusing on developing a concept for a "socio-ecological subsistence minimum"
- "Shaping the socio-ecological transformation in social work – Promoting justice and participation in the climate crisis" (10/2025–09/2027), with thematic focus on energy and food poverty
- Co-coordination of the project "Hidden costs of the food system" (10/2025–03/2027), funded by the Robert Bosch Foundation, together with KLUG – Alliance for Climate Change and Health
Thematic Focus
Interface of climate and social policy with a focus on poverty-related topics, e.g. energy and food poverty, socially just design of the ETS-2 and Social Climate Fund.
Fundraising
Successful fundraising for the continuation of the thematic focus at Diakonie.
Networking
Building and expanding a network at the interface of social and climate policy, incl. networking events and mailing lists. Involvement in: AG KlimaSozial, Klima-Allianz, Klimasozialratschlag, BAGFW AG Klimaschutz, KlimaKircheKiez, EWDE Sustainability Team, EWDE Working Group Climate.
Event Management
Organisation and facilitation of conferences, symposia and workshops on various topics at the interface of social and climate policy (online and in-person).
Advocacy & Public Relations
Participation in lobbying meetings in the Bundestag and ministries. Preparation and follow-up of executive meetings. Drafting assessments, contributions to press releases, social media posts, blog articles and interviews.
Project Management
Project management including administration of project budgets.
